Dear
Operators, Coaches and Skaters:
The
management and staff of the Sparkles Skating Rink along with our lead
sponsor Pinnacle Racing would like to invite you to attend the
Tax
Relief Invitational in Georgia
on April
11th, 12th and 13th, 2008. We are very pleased to have the great skating
personality of Mr. Bob Justice
announcing. The Sparkles Skating Rink has an 83' x 170' maple wood floor and
a fresh coat of roll-on will be applied before the meet.
This event
will be sanctioned by USAC/RS and all USAC/RS rules will be strictly
enforced. We will be running the event as Nationals will run, Novice
Elementary thru Master individuals with no Novice relays and all Standard
Elite races. Awards will be given to all first, second, and third place
winners in all divisions and elite relays. Cash prizes will be presented to
Freshman thru Grand Esquire in Elite divisions. Awards for first thru fifth
place will be given for open events and an overall and average overall high
point awards will be given first thru fifth.
The entry deadline is April 1, 2008. Late entries will not be
accepted. Phone in changes will be accepted until April 4th, 2008. All entry
forms must be accompanied by a Club check or money order made
payable to the Roswell Speed Team. (No personal checks please)
Amateur card numbers must be included along with the name and phone number
of the person completing the entry form. Skaters who have not received
their permanent amateur card must fill out a single event registration form
when you arrive at the meet. The cost is $15 per form.

Skaters will be
separated into Standard and Novice individual divisions. Relay heat
distances may be reduced depending on number of entries. Skaters may
challenge up one division but cannot skate two divisions. The first
450 applicants will be accepted. Enclosed is the
tentative schedule
and
hotel information.
